1. I’ve already said else where that Victoria had reasonable justification of killing Helen. But in the post you are referring to, I was simply making the distinction that Aiden was killing Gordon, in the act of which he was trying to kill Emily. Which gives more justification (by law). Despite Helen only threatening, and Daniel was in no actual danger because of Conrad’s association with the Initiative, she didn’t know that. So it was justified.
2. I did not say she killed Jimmy. I said she was “Complicit” to the murder -
“An individual is complicit in a crime if he/she is aware of its occurrence and has the ability to report the crime, but fails to do so. As such, the individual effectively allows criminals to carry out a crime despite possibly being able to stop that person—either directly or by contacting the authorities. The offender is a de facto accessory to the crime; rather than an innocent bystander”.
3. It was self defence. Takeda told Aiden to leave Emily. And he refused. So Takeda tried to kill him to make sure. That is self defence.
